FAQ
Questions pet parents ask
How much does my pet need?
One 500 g bag lasts about a week for a cat or a small dog, and about 4 days for a big dog. Tell us your pet’s weight when you subscribe and we will suggest the right number of bags.
How do I store it?
Keep the bags frozen for up to 5 months. Once thawed, keep in the fridge and use within 2 weeks.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. No card, no app, no prepayment. We are working on card payments for the future.
Where do you deliver?
All over Puerto Vallarta — Marina Vallarta, Versalles, Fluvial, 5 de Diciembre, Centro, Zona Romántica, Pitillal, Las Juntas, Ixtapa — and Nuevo Vallarta or Bucerías on request. Tell us your neighborhood and we confirm the delivery day.
Is there a delivery fee in Puerto Vallarta?
No. Home delivery inside Puerto Vallarta is included in every subscription. For Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerías we confirm by WhatsApp before your first delivery.
Is Kaplan Pet Kitchen better than kibble or supermarket wet food?
Kibble and most supermarket wet food are highly processed and padded with grains, starches and by-products. Our recipes are 80–90% real protein from whole chicken and organs, cooked fresh in Puerto Vallarta and frozen the same day — nothing artificial.
Can I pause, change or cancel?
Yes — any time, with a WhatsApp message. No contracts.
My vet asked for a special diet. Can you help?
Yes. We can reduce salt or protein and increase the healthy carbohydrate content. Write the vet’s instructions in the form.
Is it raw?
No. It is gently cooked, high-protein wet food made from the whole chicken, including organs, plus beef broth collagen and natural iodine.
Why do all your prices end in 8?
Numerology is part of who we are. 28 is our heart number and 8 stands for abundance — so every total ends in 8, always rounded in your favor.
